Rail Planet editorial policy

Rail Planet guides are owned and maintained by the Moashoo Rail Planet Development Team. The same team develops the game, checks build-specific facts, captures gameplay evidence, and reviews corrections.

What we publish

Guides must help a player complete a real task, understand a real system, or make an informed troubleshooting decision. We do not publish placeholder translations, generated gameplay scenes, invented defects, or pages whose only purpose is search traffic.

Testing and fact checking

• Every article identifies the tested build and platform near its byline.
• Controls, map behavior, importer behavior, and limits are checked against the running game and source contracts.
• Claims that cannot be reproduced are removed or marked as an example rather than presented as a current defect.

Gameplay image policy

Article figures come from live Rail Planet WebGL sessions. Each file is registered in the public image manifest with its owning article, dimensions, map, and tested build. Translations of one article may reuse its evidence; unrelated articles may not. AI-generated, staged, or mock gameplay images are not accepted as evidence.

Translation method

The English article is the original. Korean, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese editions may use AI assistance for a first translation, followed by a terminology, link, image-alt, and factual consistency review against the English source and the shared glossary. A locale URL is published only when a complete source file exists; direct locale URLs never display a different language because of a stored cookie.

Corrections

If a guide is inaccurate or unclear, use the contact page and choose the error-report option. Include the article URL, the statement in question, the tested platform, and reproduction steps. Material corrections update the visible modified date and are rechecked in all four language sources.
